Tribal Council Meeting 09-27-2025

Elders council is happy to be collaborating with the TC and enjoyed the meeting with TC at
the annual gathering.

TC reported that work is continuing on the Good Standing document and other documents.
Sep 29 harvest moon fest
Oct 4 IPD Rocks in Shelburne, VT, There will be people from Onondaga and Oneida will be
joining us.
Oct 12 Festival, Nipmuc Band
Oct 25 Need to decide if we’ll hold the normal TC that day or a ceremony in Danville for the
new property.
For the ceremony in Danville people will meet on the Gore Rd, close to the school. We need
to finalize the date for the ceremony.

VCNAA: survey of tribes, grad student law school interview, curriculum update, Something
of Value -Wiseman book, longhouse owned by Nulhegan Frank Cheney
Citizenship – 6 new people
Education – schools and scholarship update
Land – Wheelock 1 outhouse w/ solar lights, window being replaced, many new installed.
